Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75. This offer is for ground service to the 48 contiguous United States using UPS, FedEx or USPS. Offer not valid for orders shipping to AK or HI.

Do you ship to AK or HI?
Yes, but free shipping does not apply.

What if my order is under $75?
If your order is less than $75 our shipping cost is only $7.95.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

What carrier do you use for shipping?
Depending on the weight and the availability of the item, we use either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Multiple item orders might ship from one or more of our warehouse. Because we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75, we use whichever carrier is the most cost effective.

How soon will you process my order?
Your order will be processed within 24 hrs.

Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?
Yes, at the checkout process there is a "Shipping" and "Billing" section. In the "Shipping" section type in where you want your order shipped, and in the "Billing" section type in your billing address and continue with the checkout process.

Shipping Details
Items are usually processed within 1 business days after your order is placed and payment is received. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 - 48 hours for weekend orders. When available, tracking information is usually provided within 24 hours of shipment. This will be available on the order page linked from your order confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?
We can only ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

What is your return policy?
Our Website proudly stand behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30* days of receiving your order. Cues after being chalked are considered used and are not returnable. We will refund the total sales amount minus the shipping. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.

Will you give my information to other companies?
No, your information will not be sold or rented to any outside parties.
